RSV777 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you and RSV777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account on RSV777 or by using any part of the platform — including the casino, sports betting section, slots, fish games or any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual member is permitted to hold exactly one RSV777 account. If RSV777 identifies that a member has created or is operating multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, phone numbers or devices were used — all associated accounts will be permanently closed. Any balances, pending withdrawals and unclaimed bonuses across all duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. RSV777 will not be held liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access occurred because you shared or failed to adequately protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact RSV777 support immediately. Prompt reporting allows the account to be secured before further losses occur.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your RSV777 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining balance subject to completed wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. RSV777 also reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

4. Deposits

All deposits on RSV777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as displayed in the deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed clearly in the deposit interface. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your RSV777 account automatically upon confirmation from the payment provider. RSV777 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• RSV777 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside RSV777's control.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming on the platform. Depositing funds with the sole intention of withdrawing them without placing wagers is not permitted and may result in account review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from RSV777 are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. All withdrawal amounts are paid in PKR. RSV777 does not add a platform withdrawal fee on top of your requested amount.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in your account's withdrawal section.
• Standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes of approval. Larger amounts may require additional verification and could take longer.
• Withdrawals can only be made from funds that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering conditions cannot be withdrawn.
• RSV777 reserves the right to carry out identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts. This may require submission of identity documents before the payment is released.
• Withdrawals requested to a payment method not used for deposits may be subject to additional verification steps to prevent fraud.
• If a deposit was made but no genuine gaming activity took place before a withdrawal is requested, RSV777 reserves the right to deduct the original deposit amount and return only the net gaming balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

RSV777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Every bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to it as well as these general Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.2 Game Contributions

Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots and sports bets may each carry different contribution percentages. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual offer terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household and per device.

• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the offer terms. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that pass their expiry date are removed automatically.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on RSV777 — whether on sports events such as cricket, PSL, T20 internationals or football, or on casino games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack and slots — are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game or market. These general Terms apply in addition to those specific rules.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

RSV777 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion. This may occur where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed, where a bet exceeds account or market limits, or where RSV777 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event or bet.

7.2 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any game or sporting event, RSV777's decision — based on the official result from the relevant governing body or game provider — is final. For cricket and PSL markets, results are taken from the official scorecard as recognised by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the relevant international cricket authority.

7.3 Interrupted Games

If a live casino game or sports event is interrupted before completion due to technical issues beyond RSV777's control, affected bets will be handled in accordance with the specific game provider's rules for incomplete rounds. Where no specific rule applies, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

8. Fair Play Policy

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool that generates bets or game decisions without genuine manual input from the account holder.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or obvious error will be voided regardless of whether the error was intentional.
• Colluding with other players in any game — particularly live poker or live table games — to gain an advantage over other participants or the house.

• RSV777 is not liable for losses arising from a member's own failure to secure their account credentials.
• Nothing in these Terms limits RSV777's liability for fraud or for any matter where limiting liability is not permitted.

12. Changes to These Terms

RSV777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified via a notice displayed on the platform or through their registered contact details. Continued use of RSV777 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
